The existing ZARA store in ÁRKÁD Shopping Centre will be extended with a complete refurbishment according to the latest ZARA image. The store will reopen soon with a very unique interior design.

Our office was involved from the beginning of the project as general local consultant. We prepared technical inspections, negotiated the new design with the local authorities, applied for the function change permit and provided site supervision services.

Inditex has moved its headquater to East West Business center. The interior design was made by Inditex design Studio, our office was commissioned to adapt the plans,  provide all necessary plans and do site supervision services until the finalization of the project.

Our office was commission for adaptation of mechanical and electrical execution plans during this project. Our Client is Nordes Ancin who realizes its first Hotel project in Hungary. 

We have adapted the heating, cooling, ventilation, water and sewage water plans and provided the fire protection documentation based on the Hungarian legislations and standards.

The project is under construction and will be finished in 2021 Autumn.
