Our office was commission for adaptation of mechanical and electrical execution plans during this project. Our Client is Nordes Ancin who realizes its first Hotel project in Hungary.
We have adapted the heating, cooling, ventilation, water and sewage water plans and provided the fire protection documentation based on the Hungarian legislations and standards.
The project is under construction and will be finished in 2021 Autumn.
Hotel Savoy is a 100 room, 4* hotel which is under construction and will open in 2021 autumn. The building is situated in the körút, close to Blaha Lujza square.
The general designer of the building is Dr. Botond Dobos ( Intramuros Kft.) who commissioned our office to prepare the architectural tender ( 2017) and the execution documentation ( 2018) for this project.
Our former office ( Apostroph ) participated the design competition of Hotel Clark in 2009 with this project.
